The Village of New Hartford has prepared a Stormwater Management Plan and Annual Report summarizing the progress made towards implementing the conditions of its SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewers (MS4) Permit No. GP-0-24-001, for the year ending January 2, 2026. This Annual Report will be presented to the public during the Village Board meeting on March 9, 2026, scheduled to begin at 7 pm in the Village office, Butler Memorial Hall, 48 Genesee Street, New Hartford. Public comment on the SWMP and Annual Report, either oral or written, is solicited and welcome. The documents will be available for review prior to the meeting at the office of the Village Clerk and also located on the Village website in the Stormwater section.
