NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of New Hartford Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing concurrent with the Regular Village Board meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7 pm at Village Office, Butler Hall, 48 Genesee Street, New Hartford, NY, to hear and consider comments from interested persons concerning the Village's proposed construction of a new municipal building and public park at or near Mill Street.

The proposed project is intended to provide the Village with a new municipal facility to accommodate Village governmental operations and services, together with the development of a public park and related improvements.

The Village is also considering the financing of costs associated with the proposed project, including costs that may have already been incurred or may be incurred prior to completion of the project, through the issuance of one or more Bond Anticipation Notes (BANs) and/or other financing as may be authorized by law.

The purpose of this Public Hearing is to provide residents, property owners, taxpayers, and other interested parties with an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed municipal building, park, project costs, and proposed financing.

The public is invited to attend to be heard or to send written comments prior to the Public Hearing.
